On November 1, 2000 the Grey-Bruce Real Estate Board and the Owen Sound & District Real Estate Board amalgamated to form the Grey Bruce Owen Sound Real Estate Board.

In May of 2005 the Board name was changed to REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound to better serve our members, representing approximately 300 licensed REALTORS® in 70 member offices.

The Association enforces a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice to its members to maintain the integrity of organized real estate, promote interest in the marketing of real estate and to promote, encourage and protect the ownership of real property to the public.
